About the Central New York Creative Writers Cafe
The Central New York Creative Writers Cafe was founded in 2008. We offer a workshop for writers of varying experiences, genres, and forms (fiction, nonfiction, poetry, scripts, plays, etc.). Members are expected to be writers with a sufficient degree of knowledge about the writing process. You certainly don't have to be published, but you should feel comfortable enough with your writing
that you're willing to share it with others.
We meet once a week in Syracuse, New York. Members share writing, ideas, criticism, discussion, and company. The group is warm, friendly, and welcoming. When you submit work, it will be carefully reviewed and critiqued in a nonjudgmental and helpful manner. On top of this, our group provides a great social experience. You're bound to enjoy the meetings. Please visit the "Contact" page to inquire
about becoming a member and to learn more about the group.
